The Clean Burn Model CB-140 is the smallest and most economical Clean Burn used-oil furnace in terms of initial cost. It produces approximately 140,000 BTU/hr. and is ideal for small garages, shops, and workspaces.
CB-1750
The Clean Burn Model CB-1750 produces approximately 175,000 BTU/hr. and is the smallest of the low profile designs, making it ideal for numerous applications and convenient installations. As a broad guideline, the Model CB-1750 is suitable for facilities generating smaller quantities of waste oil annually.
CB-2500
The Model CB-2500 waste oil furnace produces approximately 250,000 BTU/hr and is extremely popular at facilities such as 2 to 4 bay auto repair and truck service shops. The CB-2500 is highly versatile and reliable and can be easily ceiling mounted or used in conjunction with a Clean Burn Recycling Center. Although many factors affect furnace selection, the CB-2500 is frequently used in facilities generating or collecting more than 1000 gallons of waste oil annually.
CB-3250
The largest of our four Clean Burn low profile models, the Model CB-3250 waste oil furnace is rated at approximately 325,000 BTU/hr. and is UL listed for use as a unit heater or central (ducted) furnace.
This unique low-profile unit provides more installation and functional options than any other waste oil furnace.
CB-3500
The Clean Burn Model CB-3500 is an industrial grade waste oil furnace for service facilities with four or more bays and where larger quantities of waste oil are generated or collected. The CB-3500 generates approximately 350,000 BTU/hr and is UL listed for use as either a unit heater or central (ducted) furnace.
CB-5000
The Clean Burn CB-5000 is the largest waste oil furnace the EPA allows. No other unit is as robust and reliable for extracting free heat from waste oils. The CB-5000, which generates approximately 500,000 BTU/hr, is the choice for large repair and service facilities with multiple bays where larger quantities of waste oil are generated and/or collected.
CTB-200
The Clean Burn Model CTB-200 waste oil boiler has an input rating of 200,000 BTU/hr and outputs 148,400 BTU/hr. The CTB-200 is UL listed for use in central heating systems.
CTB-350
The Clean Burn Model CTB-350 waste oil boiler has an input rating of 350,000 BTU/hr and an output rating of 260,00 BTU/hr. The CTB-350 is UL listed for use in central heating systems.
CTB-500
The Clean Burn Model CTB-500 waste oil boiler has an input rating of 500,000 BTU/hr and an output rating of 372,000 BTU/hr. The CTB-500 is UL listed for use in central heating systems. It can be used in combination with any Clean Burn boiler to create a system perfectly sized for any facility.
RECYCLING CENTER
In combination with a Clean Burn furnace, a state-of-the-art Clean Burn Recycling Center is the ideal system for collecting, storing and generating heat recovered from waste oils. The Clean Burn Recycling Center works with most Clean Burn waste oil furnace models and provides a 250 gallon storage tank.
